Kayla Mallais is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, recruitment, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment and HRIS Analyst at Sterling Capital Brokers Ltd. since January 2023, Kayla previously held roles such as a Human Resources Analyst and a Bookkeeper at Jennifer Rade, CPA, CA.
