Lara Valadez

Lara Valadez currently serves as the Food Service Director at George Gervin Academy and the Assistant General Manager at Sabai Thai Kitchen since July 2023. Additionally, Lara holds the position of Materials Coordinator at Sterling Foods since February 2023. From April 2021 to April 2023, Lara worked as a Research and Development Sous Chef at Cuisine Solutions. Previous culinary experience includes serving as a Chef at Barbaro. Lara Valadez earned a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from The Art Institutes, completing the degree in June 2014.
