Prashant Nair

Prashant Nair has a strong background in operations and management. Prashant started their career in 2002 at Wipro BPO, where they held various leadership roles including Customer Contact Associate, Subject Matter Expert, Team Leader, Group Leader, and Sr Group Leader. In 2009, they joined WNS Global Services as a Team Manager and later became a Group Manager. In 2015, they transitioned to Sterling as an Associate Vice President and eventually rose to the role of Vice President Operations. In this position, they were responsible for leading the Operations team in the Americas region, overseeing operations in multiple countries and managing around 1100 employees.

Prashant Nair completed their Secondary School Certificate at Marol Education Academy High School from 1987 to 1996. Prashant then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Accounts at S.K Somaiya College from 1997 to 2001. Prashant went on to acquire a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) with a focus on Management from the University of Mumbai between 2002 and 2004. Prashant further pursued higher education at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur for a Leadership Program.
