Rushikesh Gandhi

Rushikesh Gandhi is an experienced HR professional with a focus on statutory compliance and payroll management. Currently serving as Deputy Manager for Global Payroll (APAC) at Sterling since December 2022, Rushikesh previously held positions at Digit Insurance as Associate Manager-Human Resource and Sr. Associate HR, where responsibilities included liaising with compliance vendors and ensuring timely statutory filings. Earlier roles included Assistant Manager at NYK AUTO LOGISTICS, Senior HR Executive at Sterling, HR Executive positions at Jubilant FoodWorks and Cafe Coffee Day, and an Executive role in Factory Labor Compliance at Aparajitha Corporate Services.
