Tarnia Russell

Tarnia Russell has a diverse work experience in various roles within Sterling and Sterling Talent Solutions. Tarnia started their career with Sterling Talent Solutions in 2013 as a Verification Specialist and later worked as a Client Services Executive. In 2017, they joined Sterling and continued their career as a Client Services Executive and then advanced to the position of Client Success Supervisor. Tarnia then took on the role of Client Success Process and Admin Coordinator, EMEA, and later transitioned to the Solutions Engineer role in Global Services. Most recently, they have been serving as the Head of Client Projects EMEA and will soon assume the position of Head of Client Projects International. Tarnia has demonstrated their versatility and commitment to delivering successful outcomes throughout their career.

Tarnia Russell attended Swansea University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in English Literature with Creative Writing.
