Piyush Patel

Piyush Patel is a seasoned software and design engineer with extensive experience in the medical device and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as Software Engineer IV at Vantage MedTech, Piyush is involved in developing a surgical robot visualization system and implementing video processing modules on FPGA. Prior roles include Project Lead at L&T Technology Services Limited, where responsibilities encompassed FPGA design and development for complex network interface cards, and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on image processing libraries and motor control techniques. Earlier experience includes positions at ifm engineering pvt. ltd. and Nomus-Comm Systems, dealing with high-resolution camera firmware and telecom product development, respectively. Piyush holds a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from BVM Engineering College and is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
