Don Rutz

Don Rutz is the Vice President of Technology at Sterling Specialty Chemicals since February 2024. Prior to that, Don held various director roles at Kemira from January 2009 onwards, focusing on Global Oil & Gas projects' completion, sales, and profitability growth. With an extensive background in sales and technical sales representation at Cytec and American Cyanamid, Don brings a wealth of experience to their current role. Don obtained a BS in Chemistry from Penn State University in 1979.
