Lenka Hornickova

Lenka Hornickova has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Lenka started their career as a Student Intern at Roche in 2003. Later, they worked at ExxonMobil as an Account Payables contact person before joining the University of Northern Virginia - Prague as a Marketing, Promotion, PR & Recruitment Coordinator. Lenka then moved on to ABB Switzerland Ltd., where they held positions in International Sales Support and Sales, Export, and Marketing coordination. Lenka went on to work at AutoGlobalTrade AG and 21st Century Technology Solutions Ltd. as an International Business Development Manager. Currently, they are the Managing Director Europe at Sterling Technology Ltd. and has previously served as the Director of European Sales in the same company.

Lenka Hornickova has a diverse education history. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics from ESERP Business & Law School. In 2007, they pursued a Master of International Marketing degree at ESERP Business & Law School. In 2008, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from Czech Management Institute - CMI Prague. Later, in 2013, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, Lenka Hornickova pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Beratung in der Arbeitswelt- Coaching, Mediation, Supervision, und Organisationsberatung from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
