Anshul Tripathi

Anshul Tripathi has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Anshul is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Assistant Manager) at Sterlite Power, where they are responsible for hiring employees at various levels for different businesses within the company. Prior to this, Anshul worked as an Associate Manager in Market Research & Leadership Hiring at Vedanta Resources Limited, where they focused on sourcing leadership and senior leadership talents and conducting market research. Anshul also has experience as a Senior Recruitment Executive at ReNew Power, where they were in charge of end-to-end recruitment activities for mega projects in the wind and solar industry. Anshul has also worked as a Global Talent Acquisition-Lead Sourcing & Research Specialist at Sterlite Power, where they were responsible for recruitment for transmission assets and conducted primary research and market intelligence. Earlier in their career, Anshul worked at GE as a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition, responsible for sourcing profiles and establishing a talent acquisition team. Before transitioning to corporate roles, Anshul gained consulting experience in various sectors, including thermal power, atomic energy, wind power, and oil and gas.

Anshul Tripathi began their education at Meerut Public School where they completed their 10th and 12th grade studies in the field of Commerce from 1999 to 2005. Following this, they attended IIMT Group of Colleges from 2005 to 2008 and obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. Anshul also pursued additional certification in "Embracing Change" from Harappa Education, which they obtained in July 2020.
