Jayavardhan Nayak completed their education in a chronological order. From 1996 to 2002, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for their high school education. After that, they enrolled in Rajdhani College, BBSR, Khurda in 2003 and completed their high school education with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology in 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.

In addition to their formal education, Jayavardhan Nayak has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed the "First Step Korean" course offered by Coursera Course Certificates. In 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance.
