Shilpy D.

Shilpy D. has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Shilpy started their career as an intern at Indian Energy Exchange Limited in 2011. Shilpy then joined the same company again in 2012 and held various roles, including Research Intern, Research and Development Executive, Senior Research Executive, Deputy Manager, and Manager of Strategy. In 2019, they transitioned to Sterlite Power, where they worked as Chief Manager of Strategy and Diversification. Shilpy later served as Chief Manager of Strategy at the MD office from November 2021 to March 2022 and is currently working as the Assistant Vice President at Sterlite Power.

Shilpy D. has a diverse education history. In 1993, they attended Ryan International School and studied under the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum. Shilpy continued their education at Delhi Public School - Vasant Kunj from 2005 to 2007, focusing on science. After completing their schooling, Shilpy D. pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Science at Delhi University from 2007 to 2010.

In 2010, Shilpy D. enrolled in TERI School of Advanced Studies, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Infrastructure, Finance, and Energy. This two-year program equipped their with skills related to these sectors. Continuing their education, Shilpy D. attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2019 to study Competitive Strategy.

In addition to their formal education, Shilpy D. has obtained certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate of Merit from The Energy and Resources Institute for their achievements. In 2017, Shilpy D. completed the Finance Management program offered by EY.
