Tushar Shroff

Tushar Shroff is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with an experience of close to three decades in fundraising, capital structuring, merger & acquisition, treasury management, taxation, financial accounting and planning, Investor Relations, and Business partnering. As the Chief Financial Officer at STL, he will bolster the company's strategy to deliver consistent shareholder value and profitable growth.

Tushar has worked for top Global and Indian multinationals like ABB, ELSTER Metering, Piramal Healthcare, SCHOTT Glass, and Zydus Cadila. Before Joining STL, Tushar served as the Group CFO of Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of India's largest pharmaceutical companies. During his career, he has managed several multi-billion dollar companies and has been instrumental in building high-net-worth valuations through various initiatives. Tushar is an alumnus of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
