Vishal Kumar

Vishal Kumar has extensive experience in sales strategy, corporate strategy, and business transformation across various esteemed organizations, including STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited, HCL Infosystems Ltd., and Bain & Company. Currently serving as the Head of Global Sales Strategy & Operations at STL, Vishal leads key account management, bid management, and sales governance efforts while driving the execution of sales strategies. Previously, in the role of Chief Manager of Corporate Strategy, Vishal formulated a three-year roadmap for significant revenue growth and led the incubation of a new optical interconnect business unit. Earlier career roles included managerial positions where Vishal developed innovative frameworks for M&A and operational improvements. Vishal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
