Alice Livingston

Alice Livingston is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in municipal underwriting and public finance. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Municipal Underwriting at Stern Brothers since January 2023, Alice previously held the position of Executive Director of Municipal Banking and Head of Public Finance at Blaylock Van, LLC from September 2019 to December 2022. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President and Lead Underwriter at both Blaylock Van, LLC and Backstrom McCarley Berry, as well as Vice President at Backstrom McCarley Berry and Client Service Associate at Stifel Financial Corp. Alice earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from California State University, Long Beach, in 2005.
