Bill Flanigen

Bill Flanigen is a seasoned professional in the legal field, currently serving as the Manager of the PTO Litigation Team at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox since October 2013, where supervision of paralegals and project assistants focused on litigation at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board is a primary responsibility. Previously, Bill held the position of Senior Paralegal, leading a team in patent office litigation and prosecution related to software and hardware, and began career as a Paralegal assisting in similar capacities. Experience extends to Merrill Corporation as an office-support Clerk, and earlier roles include editorial and research internships at Carolina Journal and Reason Magazine. Bill's foundational work includes a Library Assistant position at Gelman Library while completing a BA in History and Philosophy at The George Washington University.
