Lais Ghiraldeli

Lais Ghiraldeli currently serves as a Student Associate and Law Clerk at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox, focusing on patent prosecution, patent law, and patent litigation since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Compliance Analyst and Compliance Assistant at Seton Hall University from August 2013 to May 2016, and as a Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry I and II. Lais also worked as a Resident Assistant, responsible for the safety and welfare of student residents while organizing monthly safety and social programs. Lais is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, having previously earned a Master of Science in Oncology and Cancer Biology from Wake Forest University Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from Seton Hall University.
