Andrea Mohabir

Andrea Mohabir has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Andrea is currently working at Steve Madden as a Production Manager, where they oversee production processes. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Associate at the same company.

Before joining Steve Madden, Andrea worked at Affordable Luxury Group as a Senior Production/Product Development Coordinator. In this role, they acted as a liaison with suppliers and vendors and managed timelines and budgets effectively.

Andrea also gained experience at VF Corporation as a Product Development Manager, where they were responsible for the product creation process. Andrea communicated with overseas teams and provided analysis and tracking updates to design and merchandising teams.

Andrea previously worked at Catherine Stein Designs/FAF Inc. as a Product Development Manager, managing tailored product development for various wholesale accounts. Andrea collaborated with design and development teams and ensured visibility of product development through open orders and repairs tracking.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Alexis Bittar, Inc. as a Product Development/Production Assistant, managing sample orders and vendor communications. Andrea also worked at ODY Accessories as a Production/Product Development Assistant, overseeing the pre-production process and maintaining production records.

Throughout their work experience, Andrea has demonstrated strong skills in communication, project management, and collaboration, making their a valuable asset in the fashion industry.

Andrea Mohabir obtained an AAS Degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2009. Later, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the same institution in 2010.
