Fiorella Gamio

Fiorella Gamio has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Fiorella started their career as an Administrative Assistant in a medical office, where they provided administrative support and managed accounting processes. Fiorella then moved on to become a Payroll Specialist at Paychex, where they processed payroll accurately and provided customer support.

In 2017, Gamio joined PepsiCo as an HR Coordinator, serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and processing payroll for multiple districts and warehouses. Fiorella later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Generalist at Camuto Group, where they implemented HR strategies, supported ongoing HR processes, and managed payroll and compensation.

Gamio furthered their HR career at HUGO BOSS as a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing HR policies and procedures, partnering with leadership, and nurturing positive relationships with associates.

Currently, Gamio is working at Steve Madden as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for executing and supporting various corporate HR strategies and initiatives. Fiorella utilizes data-driven insights to enhance the employee experience, makes recommendations to improve efficiency and drive culture, and maintains strong working relationships with senior management.

Throughout their work experience, Gamio has consistently exhibited strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining legal compliance.

Fiorella Gamio completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication from The University of New Mexico in 2016. Prior to that, in 2013, they briefly attended the University of Hull, where they studied Communication, General. In the near future, they are planning to pursue a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University starting in 2023.
