Kristin Esposito has extensive experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on buying and key account management. Kristin started their career as a Fashion Marketing Intern at Chanel in 2003. Kristin then worked as a Merchandiser Distributor at Kenneth Cole Productions, where they created and maintained models based on inventory levels and transit time. Kristin also monitored department and style performance and communicated action plans to the merchandising team. At Saks Fifth Avenue, Kristin served as an Assistant Planner, forecasting sales, monitoring receipts, and analyzing current business against forecasts.

Kristin joined LeSportsac as an Associate Buyer, where they managed product transfers and oversaw the execution of product from warehouse to each store location.
