Joe Hart

Joe Hart is an experienced Energy Analyst at Steven Winter Associates since July 2013, with prior roles as a Building Energy Consultant at D&R International and Graduate Energy Efficiency Analyst at the University of Florida. At D&R International, Joe provided technical support for the Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program, conducted energy benchmarking, and contributed to the development of the EPA's Most Efficient program. Joe holds a Master of Science in Building Construction and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture, both from the University of Florida, enhancing expertise in energy analysis, sustainable materials, and project leadership within the field.
