Thomas Bowen

Thomas Bowen is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in state and local tax matters. Currently serving as an Attorney and Director of State and Local Tax/Incentives at Stevens & Lee, Thomas has been with the firm since 2004, following a tenure as Shareholder and Director of State and Local Taxes and Incentives. Prior to this, Thomas held the position of Tax Principal and Mid-Atlantic Area Director of State and Local Income/Franchise Tax at Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2003. Thomas's career also includes significant roles at AMP Incorporated and Tyco Electronics, where responsibilities encompassed directing state and local tax strategies from 1984 to 1999.
