Ben Battjes

Ben Battjes has extensive experience in sales and coaching, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Steves & Sons, Inc. since August 2015, with previous roles as Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager within the same company. Prior to joining Steves & Sons, Ben held positions as a Product Manager at BlueLinx Corporation and Territory Manager at Lantz Medical, where Ben was recognized as the Salesman of the Year Runner Up in 2012. Ben also has coaching experience, having worked as a Hurdles Coach at Elkhart Central and as a Swim Coach for Blue Wave Aquatics Club. Earlier in Ben's career, Ben worked as an Occupational Therapy Aide at South Bend Orthopaedics and as a Physical Therapy Aide in the same organization, while also achieving recognition as a competitive swimmer at Ball State University, where Ben earned a B.S. in Exercise Science, Pre-PT.
