Brian Osborn CEC has a solid work experience in the food industry, spanning over 30 years. Brian currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Stevison Meat Company, which they joined in April 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Chef R&D at Harry's Fresh Foods from October 2018 to April 2019. From 2010 to 2018, Brian worked at Hunt Brothers Pizza as the R&D Manager. Brian has also held various culinary development and executive chef roles at Buffets, Inc., JTM Food Group, Taco John's International, Inc., Hardee's Food Systems, Inc., Frisch's Restaurants, Inc., Arby's Restaurant Group, and LSG Sky Chefs.
Brian Osborn CEC completed their education at the Professional Chefs Association, where they earned a Certified Executive Chef Accreditation in 2005. Brian also studied Culinary Science/Culinology at Johnson & Wales University. In addition, Brian pursued studies in Business Administration and Management, General at San Diego Mesa College, and they have a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the United States Naval Schools.
