Wellington Tsamasuo

Wellington Tsamasuo is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and systems management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Steward Bank since September 2013, Wellington oversees key technology functions to enhance end-user service quality and ensure effective service support processes. Previous roles at Steward Bank include Systems Engineer, where implementations of Skype for Business and automated monitoring tools significantly improved collaboration and system availability, and Systems Administrator, focused on hardware and software deployment alongside system monitoring automation that boosted efficiency and reduced human intervention. Wellington began their career as an intern at TN Bank Limited, identifying security breaches and developing reports for the Core Banking System.
