Billy Cooper

Billy Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they have worked as the Director Of Managed Care at Steward Health Care since May 2021. In this role, they actively participate in payor strategy development and leads in the implementation of local Managed Care strategy for the west region. Additionally, they have experience in benefits management as a Benefits Manager at International Cruise & Excursions (ICE), Inc. and in network services provider support and contract production coordination at Health Choice. Billy Cooper attended Harvard Extension School from 2013 to the present, studying Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In addition, they obtained several certifications including "A Path to Entrepreneurship: User Innovation" and "Entrepreneurship 101: Who is your customer" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2015. Cooper also completed certifications in "Supply Chain and Logistics Fundamentals" from MIT and "Computer Science" and "Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract" from Harvard University in the same year.
