Alexandra Nassau-Brownstone

Alexandra Nassau-Brownstone is an experienced professional in resident services and community development, currently serving as Vice President of Resident Outcomes & CORES at Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF) since April 2017. In this role, Alexandra collaborates with member organizations and industry stakeholders to enhance community-level data integrity, promote service-enriched rental housing, and advocate for support at various stakeholder levels. Alexandra has developed and manages the Certified Organization for Resident Engagement & Services (CORES) certification, recognizing excellence in resident services coordination. Prior to SAHF, Alexandra held significant positions at Somerset Development Company from June 2009 to April 2017, focusing on resident service program development, and also contributed as a Resident Services Research & Media Consultant at Enterprise Community Partners in 2008. Alexandra's foundation in communication began with roles in photography and videography, coupled with a strong academic background including a Master of Community Planning from the University of Maryland.
