Althea Arnold

Althea Arnold is a seasoned professional in housing policy, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Policy at Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF) since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Legislative & Policy Associate at the National Council of State Housing Agencies, Research Analyst at the National Low Income Housing Coalition, and Research Associate at the Institute for Women's Policy Research. Althea has also held positions as Program Director at the National Committee on American Foreign Policy and Project Coordinator for the Darfur Reconstruction and Development Project at Columbia University. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Policy in Public Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Government from Connecticut College, along with further education at the University of Oxford.
