Helen Thomas

Helen Thomas has extensive experience in community engagement, performance management, and organizational culture. Currently serving as People, Culture & Place Manager at Stewardship since September 2018, Helen previously held roles in Barnardo's as a Volunteer & Community Engagement Team UK Administrator and SHENLEY YOUTH AND COMMUNITY TRUST as a Trustee Board member. Additional experience includes positions at Optima Community Housing Association as a Performance Management Officer and Regional Action West Midlands as an Information & Communications Coordinator. Helen began their professional journey in July 1998 with People for Action as an Information Coordinator and Member Liaison. Helen is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD).
