Lance Williams

Lance manages the structural practice in the Charlotte office. His responsibilities include oversight and management of projects, client development and retention, project and practice profitability, personnel, and general administrative management. Lance also serves as project manager on large and complex projects. His project experience ranges from higher education, civic, and commercial, to K-8, residential, and renovation projects. He has extensive knowledge of steel, concrete, wood, and masonry. Lance has been with Stewart since 2003 and has been a key part of the growth and success of the Charlotte office. As a native North Carolinian, Lance remains focused on how work can shape the community and the impact structural engineering has to shape and create the future.
