Erica Tyler

Erica Tyler has extensive work experience in credentialing and HR operations. Erica served as the Director of Credentialing and HR Operations at STGi from March 2023 to the present, and as the Director of Credentialing from October 2020 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as a Credentialing Manager at STGi from July 2019 to October 2020. Erica also has experience as a Licensing Manager at SOC Telemed from May 2018 to July 2019. Before that, they were a Credentialing Manager at ReliaBill Solutions from September 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, Erica worked as a Provider Credentialing Representative at Aurora Diagnostics from November 2015 to October 2016, and as a Credentialing Specialist at HearUSA from December 2014 to October 2015. Erica also held the role of Credentialing Coordinator at TeamHealth Anesthesia from April 2013 to December 2014, and as a Licensing Coordinator at AmeriPath from June 2005 to June 2012.

From 2016 to 2021, Erica Tyler attended Strayer University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration.
