Louise Martin

Louise Martin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Louise began their career in 1998 as a Finance Analyst at the British Airport Authority. From there, they joined Shell in 2000 and held various roles in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Stock accounting. Louise later became the Change/Project Manager for Shell Downstream Global, overseeing multiple projects within the Hydrocarbon accounting area. In 2012, Louise moved on to become the Senior Team Manager for Reporting & Analysis at Shell UK/Nordics, responsible for monthly and quarterly group/MI returns. Louise then served as the Finance Operations Manager/Controller for Downstream Europe companies within Shell, leading a large team and successfully transitioning critical activities to a new location. In 2018, Louise joined Malin Group as the Group Financial Controller before assuming leadership roles in Finance Operations at SThree, including Head of Finance Operations and currently Director of Finance Operations.

Louise Martin obtained a degree in Accountancy from the University of West of Scotland between 1995 and 1998. Later, between 2001 and 2004, they completed their ACMA qualification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
