Regine Rott

Regine Rott started their work experience in 2008 as an Internal Recruiter at Progressive Recruitment. In 2009, they joined SThree as a Manager Talent Acquisition DACH and worked in this role until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Regine served as an Operations Business Partner DACH at SThree. Regine then moved on to become the Operations Director DACH at SThree from 2015 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Strategy & Project Delivery Director at SThree, starting in January 2021.

Regine Rott attended Universität Passau from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Sprachen-, Wirtschafts- und Kulturraumstudien. In 2005, they briefly enrolled in the Post Graduate Programme at Edith Cowan University, focusing on Management & Leadership.
