Sparsha H.

Sparsha H. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career as an Intern at Philips Electronics in 2005. They then worked as an Application Design Engineer and later as a Product Manager at Maxim Integrated Products from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Sumukha Enterprises as a Business Consultant before pursuing an MBA at Said Business School, University of Oxford, from 2011 to 2012. After completing their MBA, they worked as a Consultant at Darwin Property Investment Management Ltd. for a short period in 2012. In 2013, they became the EMEA Strategy Manager at Experian, where they developed and executed corporate strategies for the EMEA region. They then joined Accenture in 2014 as an M&A Strategy Consultant and later became a Business Strategy Manager, leading strategic projects and teams. In 2020, Sparsha joined Acin as a Strategy Director, where they worked until 2022. They then joined Altman Solon in 2023 as a Strategy Lead before transitioning to their current role as the Head of Strategic Planning at SThree in 2024.

Sparsha H. completed an MBA degree in Strategy & Technology from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California from 2005 to 2007. Sparsha H. also holds a BE degree in Electronics & Communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University, which was attained from 2001 to 2005. Their secondary education was completed at Sophia High School from 1987 to 1999. Additionally, Sparsha H. has obtained certifications in "Top 10 Rules for Highly Effective Leadership" from LinkedIn and "Business Strategy: Accenture-INSEAD Online Strategy Certificate Programme" from INSEAD.
