Shrikant Shiralkar

Shrikant Shiralkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and cloud operations. Currently serving as Manager of Global Cloud Operations at Stibo Systems since February 2014, Shrikant has progressed through various roles including Associate Manager of Technical Support Services and Lead System Engineer. Prior to this, experience at GENPACT as a System Engineer involved technical troubleshooting and server upgrades, while time at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. focused on end-user problem resolution and support. Additional roles include Technical Support Engineer at Info Services Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included LAN/WAN management, and Group Leader at C-Cubed Solutions providing remote desktop support. Shrikant holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sri Venkateswara University, along with earlier educational credentials in commerce and general studies.
