Thomas Pieter Groot is an experienced e-commerce professional currently serving as the Manager of E-Commerce Football at stichd, where responsibilities include overseeing the official Manchester City store and managing sales, strategy, user experience, digital marketing, operations, and customer service. Prior roles at stichd included Manager of E-Commerce Marketing, where Thomas led sales and marketing efforts across multiple online stores, and E-Commerce Lead for Manchester City, where Thomas launched the official store. Thomas is also the founder of Extra Energy Europe B.V. and has served in various capacities at Valtech, Customer Audit B.V., Stichting NL Cares, and EMIC, showcasing a strong background in digital marketing, business strategy, and leadership. Thomas holds a Master’s in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Utrecht University.
