Mark Scheepbouwer is an experienced project manager and consultant specializing in HR, payroll, and IT processes. Currently serving as a Projectmanager at WerkSaam Westfriesland and a Consultant for Partners voor Jeugd, Mark is focused on optimizing the AFAS software and implementing absenteeism management solutions.
