Pauline Terwijn

Pauline Terwijn serves as the Voorzitter Raad van Bestuur at Pantein Zorggroep since March 2016, following a role as Secretaris at Vitaal Vechtdal, where initiatives aimed to empower citizens in community support were established. Previously, Pauline was a Member of the Executive Board at Saxenburgh Groep, driving strategic innovations in healthcare models focusing on prevention and well-being. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Patientcare at Diakonessenhuis, Manager Zorg en Bedrijfsvoering at NKI/AVL Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Ziekenhuis, and Nurse Manager roles at Verpleeghuis De Drie Hoven and Huize Padua te Boekel. Pauline's academic background includes a degree in European Health Leadership from INSEAD and a Master in Health Administration from Tilburg University, complemented by management diplomas from various institutions.
