Joost van der Rest

Joost Van Der Rest serves as the Team Leader ICT at Prisma since September 2021, focusing on project management and portfolio management within the ICT department. Prior roles include Program Manager in Information Management at Carante Groep and Program Manager ICT at Dichterbij, where responsibilities involved overseeing strategic ICT projects, supporting project realization, and managing project leaders and stakeholders. Joost has also held the position of IT Manager at Dichterbij, where direct oversight of an ICT team of 17 FTE was maintained, and worked as a Functional Administrator bridging software and healthcare processes. Previous consulting roles were undertaken at UNIT4 Group, Uphantis, and Capgemini, specializing in SAP implementation and integration. Joost is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, supplementing formal education with training in portfolio management and project methodologies.
