Terenja Bongers has extensive experience in social work, particularly in youth coaching and care. Currently, Terenja serves as a Jeugdcoach at Stichting Sociale Wijkteams Arnhem since April 2022, following roles as a researcher at Veilig Thuis Noord Oost Gelderland and as a Veilig Thuis Onderzoeker with RadarPersoneel Zorg & Welzijn. Previous experience includes working as an ambulant hulpverlener at Stichting Onderdak and as a Sociaal Pedagogisch Hulpverlener at Intermetzo, where Terenja supported adolescents with severe behavioral issues. Terenja’s career began in the hospitality and security sectors, providing a versatile background. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Pedagogiek from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and other relevant certifications in security and social pedagogy.
