Marjo Hoornsman

Marjo Hoornsman has extensive experience in the educational sector, currently serving as Schoolleider at Stichting Surplus since August 2012, after previously working as a Leraar basisonderwijs at the same organization from 1999 to 2012. Marjo has pursued continuous professional development, completing various training programs, including Lijfgericht coachen, Professioneel communiceren, and Teamcoach Conflictcoach, alongside obtaining a Schoolleidersopleiding from Centrum voor Nascholing Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Lerarenopleiding Basisonderwijs from Hogeschool IPABO.
