Barbra Velthuizen

Barbra Velthuizen currently serves as the Voorzitter raad van toezicht at Stichting Umah-hai since October 2021 and as Directeur Zorg at HVO-Querido since January 2020. Previously, Barbra held the position of Manager bedrijfsvoering for Poliklinische zorg adults and youth at Jellinek from January 2017 to January 2020 and served as Manager Curatieve zorg at Victas centrum voor verslavingszorg from November 2011 to December 2016. Barbra has also held managerial roles at JJI de Heuvelrug and Stichting Iks. In addition to professional roles, Barbra is actively involved in various committees, including chairing the national network GBGGZ verslavingszorg, chairing Verslavingspreventie Nederland, and participating in the steering group for the Verbindingsteam, Jeugdinterventie team, and stadsteam herstel. Barbra holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Utrecht University and completed a Master class in Leadership & Management for public and non-profit organizations at TIAS School for Business and Society.
