Lauren Satterfield

Lauren Satterfield has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Front of House Manager and later as a Quality Assurance professional at Engrained Brewing Company. In these roles, they conducted lab tests on brewing yeast strains, tested for bacteria and viability, and managed the front of house operations. In 2017, they joined Stickmen Brewing Company as the Director of Sales & Marketing. Prior to their work in the brewing industry, they also served as a Botany Intern at Southeast Missouri State University, where they completed a plant specimen collection survey and preserved plants at SEMO's herbarium.

From 2008 to 2013, Lauren Satterfield attended Southeast Missouri State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Ecology, Evolution, Systematics, and Population Biology.
