Andreas Frost

Andreas Frost is a finance professional with extensive experience in both the hospitality and analytics sectors. Currently serving as a Finance Student Assistant at Sticks'n'Sushi since 2015, Andreas has demonstrated expertise in reconciliation of daily sales across multiple countries and optimizing workflows through Excel. As a Tjener/Manager, responsibilities included stock management and improving beverage sales revenue, as well as handling staff performance and guest experience. In addition, Andreas has been a Junior Project Analyst for DareDisrupt since June 2021, focusing on quantitative analysis related to market size, trends, and competitor performance.
