Gary Beauregard is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in restaurant management, menu development, and food education. Currently serving as the Lead Instructor at Sticky Fingers Cooking since February 2022, Gary teaches young chefs essential cooking and sanitation skills. As President of Beauregard Restaurant Associates since March 2013, Gary consults on restaurant openings and provides support in various operational aspects. Previous roles include Director of Food Experience and Executive Chef at Flix Brewhouse, and Director of Prepared Foods at Revolution Foods, where Gary focused on healthy meal production for children. Gary also owned and operated Beauregard's California Bistro and held significant positions at Zao Noodle Bar and California Pizza Kitchen, where Gary was responsible for menu development and operational management. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
