Angelo la Seta

Angelo La Seta is an experienced R&D Engineer with a strong background in energy engineering and mechanical engineering. Currently employed at Stiesdal since June 2021, Angelo previously worked as a Research Engineer at MAN Energy Solutions, focusing on troubleshooting and improving emission reduction systems in marine engines. Prior to this, Angelo held the position of Test Engineer at Amminex Emissions Technology, where responsibilities included designing and validating system components. As an External Consultant at Mediterranean Design Network SRL, Angelo contributed to thermodynamic and fluid-dynamic modeling and CAD design for innovative technology. Angelo's early career included a role as a Research Assistant at the Technical University of Denmark, working on power generation systems for hybrid vehicles. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in energy engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
