Mike A. Valle, CFI, CSM

Mike Valle has extensive experience in loss prevention, safety, and security roles. Mike is currently the Vice President of Security and Safety at STIIIZY since March 2023. Previously, Mike worked as the Regional Loss Prevention, Safety & Security Manager at Legends from September 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Harbor Freight Tools from September 2018 to March 2021. Mike also held the position of Western Regional LP Manager at Ulta Beauty from May 2017 to September 2018. Mike began their career at Total Wine & More, where they served as the Director of Loss Prevention & Safety from February 2011 to May 2017.

Mike Valle, CFI, CSM, obtained a degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from California State University, Los Angeles. Mike also holds various certifications, including Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) from the International Association of Interviewers (IAI) in 2008 and Certified Safety Manager (CSM) from the National Association of Safety Professionals in October 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Continuity of Operations from FEMA in March 2019 and Advanced Interview & Interrogation Techniques Certified from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates. Mike also has certifications in American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid, Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) from the Management & Strategy Institute, ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified from ServSafe, and TEAM Alcohol Certified Trainer from the TEAM Coalition.
