Renan Assis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in facilities management, administration, and analysis. Their most recent position was as an Analyst Administrative and Facilities at Blip in 2022. Before that, they worked as a Facilities and EH&S Analyst at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Facilities and EH&S Analyst South America at Lear Corporation, where they were responsible for budget planning, ISO certification, real estate management, and facilities maintenance for multiple sites. Renan also gained experience as a Facilities Senior Analyst at Google in 2018 and as a Quality Supervisor in facilities management roles at CCP - Cyrela Commercial Properties, Cidade Center Norte, and Aliansce Sonae Shopping Centers. Renan started their career as an Intern at the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo in 2010 and later worked as a Maintenance Specialist in facilities management at Unilever. Renan also had an apprenticeship at PETROBRAS PETROLEO BRASILEIRO SA from 2008 to 2009.

Renan began by completing a technical mechanical maintenance degree in Maintenance Mechanics at Senai São Paulo from 2008 to 2009. Renan then pursued a Course of Superior Technology (CST) in Industrial Maintenance Technology at Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP from 2011 to 2013. In the same period, they also pursued a Licentiate degree in Mathematics and Statistics at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.

Renan further expanded their education by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM from 2016 to 2020. In 2015, they briefly attended Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa for a post-graduation course specializing in Project Management - PMBOK.

In 2018, Renan took part in an exchange program at StartSe, focusing on Facilities. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
