Caleigh O. serves as a Service Designer at the Provincial Health Services Authority since June 2024, contributing to the HealthLinkBC program through collaborative design and user research. Caleigh also holds positions as a Service Designer & Strategist at Normative and a UX Researcher at Still Ape, an organization dedicated to mindfulness and wellbeing. As the owner and lead designer of Caleigraphy Studio, Caleigh integrates personal creativity with professional skills. Additionally, Caleigh has volunteered as the Internal Coordinator for the World Design Organization and previously worked as a Service Designer at Bridgeable, a Key Leader at lululemon, and an Industrial Design Intern at Aptar CSP Technologies. Caleigh's early career includes IT support roles at Auburn University while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design.
