Nicolas R. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. In 2000, Nicolas joined Normand Informatique as a Senior SW Engineer and Project Leader, where they focused on flow cytometry development and led a software project based on Luminex technology.

In 2003, Nicolas moved to Bio-Rad Laboratories, where they served as the BioPlex Software Project Leader and System Engineer in the Infectious Disease Division. Nicolas was involved in instrument project management and handled the software aspects of projects from design to product delivery. Nicolas also acted as a technical interface for internal and external partners.

Nicolas then joined Servier in 2019 as a Student Intern, where they developed a chatbot using DialogFlow to address frequently asked questions about personal data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Currently, Nicolas works at Stilla Technologies as the Director of Software R&D. Nicolas leads a software team in the development and maintenance of tools and software for precision genetic analysis. Nicolas drives software product developments, leads new product introduction programs, and collaborates with other stakeholders for interdisciplinary programs. Prior to this, they also served as a Senior Project Manager, ensuring regulatory compliance for software products.

Nicolas R. began their education in 1985 at Institut Charles V (Paris VII), where they earned a DEUG LCE degree in English Language and Civilization. From 1987 to 1989, they attended Université Paris Cité, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Computational Linguistics. In 1989, they pursued further studies at Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II), earning a postgraduate degree in Computer Studies applied to Linguistics. Most recently, from 2018 to 2019, Nicolas attended MBA ESG, specializing in Customer Centric Marketing & Data Science, and obtained an MBA degree in Big Data - Chief Data Officer.
