Tori Sposito Rn

Tori Sposito, RN, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and wellness management. Currently serving as an RN Case Manager at Visiting Nurse since June 2018, Tori has also held the position of Wellness Director at Hearth Management since April 2017. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Health and Wellness at North Woods Village at Inverness Lakes from August 2015 to September 2016 and a position at Sycamore Village from July 2008 to December 2012. Tori earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Medtech College-Ft Wayne Campus between 2013 and 2015 and is a certified CNA Instructor from Indiana University Indianapolis. Education also includes a diploma from Homestead High School, completed in 2008.
